The PADI Scuba Diver Cours in Mallorca       Duration: 3 days

The Scuba Divercourse is a subcourse within the Open Water Diver course that teaches student divers the foundational knowledge and skills they need to dive under the supervision of a certified divemaster, assistant instructor or instructor. Discussions regarding the standards, philosophy and structure of the Open Water Diver course apply equally to the Scuba Diver course, unless otherwise noted.

• 3 theory units (video presentation followed by explanations by the diving instructor)

The PADI Open Water Diver course provides student divers with the essential knowledge and skills to dive to a depth of 18m without the supervision of a Padi Professional. It entitles you to dive independently with a partner who has at least the same level of training. The PADI Open Water Diver course concludes with a globally recognized diving certificate, which also entitles you to rent compressed air cylinders and diving equipment..

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Cours is part of the PADI Adventures in Diving program, that provides divers with a structured means to explore special diving interests and gain dive experience. Participating in an Adventure Dive is often the first step novice divers take after their initial certification.
The program allows student divers to customize their training path and learn various underwater tasks that broaden their awareness of the environment and theircapabilities as divers. To reach the Advanced Open Water Diver level, you need to do 5 adventure dives. A deep dive and a navigation dive are in obligation to attend.

The PADI Rescue Diver course is a pivotal step in expanding a diver’s knowledge and experience. Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves to consider the safety and well-being of other divers. This is why the PADI Rescue Diver certification is a prerequisite for all PADI leadership-level training (PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, and Open Water Scuba Instructor).
Rescue Diver training expands the basic problem prevention and accident management skills student divers learn beginning with the PADI Open Water Diver course. At the Rescue Diver level, students are ready to learn to manage more complex dive emergencies and to apply direct intervention techniques to assist others in an emergency.

The PADI Master Scuba Diver level is the highest level of amateur recreational diving at PADI. A diver with the Master Scuba Diver certification is considered a diving expert at the highest level. He holds any five PADI specialty certifications and enjoys a high level of recreational diving experience.

Prerequisite certification:

• Advanced Open Water Diver
• Rescue Diver
• Minimum age 15 Years
• Medical certificate of physical health
• 50 logged dives (after completion of training)
